You don't "enable" it; it is a custom bbCode, which works alongside a dedicated php file. What you see here is based on an obsolete MOD and is completely unique. It does require maintenance as sites change their URL structures, which in turn breaks older posted videos, which in turn need fixed.
If it is just YouTube that you are after, you can construct your own custom bbCode to do the job. People find this tedious though as the video ID needs to be extracted from the URL. |

Ah, ok. Less complicated then to simply include the URL, works well enough.
