How do I insert a link into an image using FF?
I tried..it doesn't work. Doing so deletes the image and does not show the link.. Nothing
I was using an image from PB
What should go into the "title" and the "text"?
IE works only if you place a space after the image.

The easiest way on yuku is to use bbCode, no matter what the editor or browser.
Code: Select all [url=link_goes_here][img]image_URL_here[/img][/url]The link title can be left blank but the idea is to use descriptive text about where the link leads to. When entered, this takes the form of a "tool tip" when the link is hovered. As you used to primarily use IE, you simply would not have had this option (which you can freely ignore). People say to put a period either side of an image, highlight the whole and insert the link, then remove the periods. This mostly works but not for all. There is a hybrid method too, where you can insert the image using bbCode and then make the link as normal. i.e. start with: Code: Select all [img]image_URL_here[/img]and then highlight that and make the link. You'd have to preview to confirm. Mostly, I would just use HTML and do it that way as I cannot be bothered with all that palaver.
