I tried to find a missing tag. Someone else has helped with this board and maybe has messed with the code but I am at a loss trying to find it.

I'm sure Andrew can find it in about 10 seconds. :)

Edit to Add - I want it to not center.

At home, it's ok in IE. Must have been something weird on my work browser.

There is some breakage in the Custom header.

There is no > at the end.

That is your likely candidate and just coming down to the browser's attempts to show what it thinks is right. i.e. erratic behavior from browser to browser.

You're welcome. The rest could do with some work but that looked like the likely candidate. It just looks like the result of many edits over the years.

Is there a way now to purge topics based upon a date? It's been a while since I've messed with the admin section and now that it's redesigned - I don't know where to find it.

Nope. Set your topics per page high in your profile and visit the last page and you can select a page at a time.

If you have the webdeveloper toolbar, you may be able to increase the topics per page to an even higher value by choosing: Forms > Convert Select Elements to Text Inputs. Don't go too high because you could end up with problems.

I actually found where it was. Go to Settings for that forum and there is Prune Forum button at the top. It doesn't work though. The confirmation screen does not display the correct date that you set to prune. I was scared to confirm after that.

There was talk of such a feature being due but I never knew it had been implemented yet, perhaps it hasn't or is buggy?
